A R50m–R100m venture studio-backed growth capital fund with a 10-year term, targeting 20–25% net IRR and 3–4x MOIC across a portfolio of 6–8 ventures.

Initial cheque sizes range from R3m–R8m, with follow-on capacity of up to R15m–R20m for top-performing portfolio companies.

Every deal must fit our thesis. We look for proven leaders, validated market traction, defensible positioning, and the ability to scale beyond local constraints into pan-African or global markets.

We invest across financial services, fintech, digital infrastructure, healthcare, and high-potential adjacent markets where our team has deep domain expertise.

Core Fund 01 is a 10-year term fund with exit pathways designed from day one — trade sales, secondary PE, or strategic buyouts.
